Movements within Port (Removals)
1. For the pilotage of a vessel from a place in a port to another place
in the port that is not at or near the pilot boarding ground:

1(a). For pilotage of a vessel from a berth within the port to a place
within that port at or near the pilot boarding ground or vice versa:
- the fee will be a percentage of the inward or outward pilotage
whichever is applicable

2. Where a pilot and crew are used in a removal referred to in

Second Pilot (Regulation 14(3))      

Where the structure of a vessel adversely effects the viability of a pilot conning the vessel from the normal position and therefore a second pilot is engaged to assist, the charge for the second pilot is hafl the amount payable for the first pilot up to a maximum for each occasion on which the vessel is piloted this way
